The maintenance of the engine compartment, electrical system, and hydraulic system on the New Holland crawler dozer can be performed easily and quickly through side doors and covers.

Additionally, the hydraulic and hydrostatic systems can be accessed through bottom and rear covers and through the ejectable seat system. Crawler dozer models also feature an eco-friendly drain for easy removal of key fluids: engine oil, engine coolant, fuel tank, and hydraulic tank.
