Our Patent Mould Board design consists of three radii each radius focused on picking up material getting the material to roll and to move the material down the Mould Board. The combination of all three radii allows us to move more material with less effort reducing fuel consumption and cut cycle times.
Our unique external circle drive teeth design prevents circle pinion shaft failures. As the teeth are externally located on the circle drive when the Mould board experiences an impact while cutting or travelling. The Circle drive moves away from the drive pinion and prevents the impact force traveling to the drive pinion. An Internal type circle drives move closer together under impact causing the circle drive to damage the drive pinion and cause unforeseen failures and down time.
Kicking it into over drive. Our Non-Stall Powershift transmission is equipped with a torque converter and will automatically shift down a gear to maintain a smooth and accurate cutting finish even at slowest of creep speeds. This function allows the operator to concentrate on the cut and level and not worry about shifting gears manual or the machine stalling due to over load. This function has proven to improve operator skill reducing the number of passes and time needed to complete the task.
INTELLIGENT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The hydraulic system of the New Holland B Series EVO graders is Load and Flow Sensing type. The pump only provides flow when the operator activates one of the control levers.
When there is no hydraulic demand, the device consumes minimal engine power, and the hydraulic system operates at a cooler temperature, reducing fuel consumption.
The graders are equipped with a closed-center hydraulic distributor with nine circuit sections, located in a protected area below the operator's platform.
