New Holland Construction made an impact at this year's NAMPO Harvest Day, South Africa's premier agricultural exhibition. With a history dating back to 1967, NAMPO attracts thousands of visitors each year, showcasing the latest innovations in agriculture and construction. This year, it broke records of attendance with close to 82,000 tickets sold.
Sharing a stand with New Holland Agriculture, the Construction Division drew considerable attention with its B80B Backhoe Loader. It features one of the world’s most fuel efficient 3,9 litre FPT engines and boasts one of the largest cabins and an extremely productive loader bucket of 1,2 cubic meter.
Brand ambassador and current World Cup-champion, Springbok rugby player Kwagga Smith, a successful farmer in his own right, was at hand to interact with the happy visitors, handing out New Holland Construction merchandise and signing autographs.
