In a strategic move designed to better serve the needs of compact tractor and light construction equipment customers, New Holland Construction marketing functions in North America have been integrated into New Holland Agriculture’s new Pro Work Tools marketing segment group. The Pro Work Tools market segment encompasses farmers, landscapers, municipalities, construction companies, grounds maintenance contractors and others who use tractors as well as light construction equipment in their day-to-day business operations.
“This move will enable New Holland to further streamline business processes within North America, and better serve our customers by providing a full complement of products and services for this market segment,” said Pro Work Tools Marketing Segment Leader Dan Valen. “The name Pro Work Tools reflects the fact that New Holland dealers sell professional-grade equipment to customers who depend on it for their livelihood, and that New Holland dealers are true professionals in their approach to customer service, parts and sales support.”
New Holland first entered the construction equipment market more than 40 years ago with the introduction of the industry’s first skid-steer loader equipped with the innovative, patented vertical lift SuperBoom™ lift linkage. The current portfolio of New Holland light construction products (skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders, tractor/loaders, tractor/loader/backhoes, compact wheel loaders, compact excavators and related attachments) will retain the New Holland Construction branding. However, marketing and other key administrative functions will be administered in conjunction with New Holland Agriculture.
