D140B

The D140B is the kid in a successful belt tractor family. Its extra-long tracks provide greater precision in activities and the hydrostatic transmission is a differential that increases its performance in the heaviest jobs.

ENDURANCE TO OVERCOME ANY OBSTACLES

The D140B chassis was built to provide stable, accurate and economical operation. Heavy-duty pins, cleats, and rollers provide long belt life.
The suspension, with equalizer beam and bolts, provides a smooth ride, stability and maximum traction for work in aclives, in removing wood stumps or in low speed advances.

GREATER VISIBILITY, GREATER EFFICIENCY

From the cab, the operator has a broad view of the blade and the job site, which is important for precision work. The narrow panel and tapered hood provide a direct line of sight to the side of the blade, allowing measurement of material flow under the blade. Low-effort electronic blade control enables simultaneous multi-functional control.

For simple and precise operation, the D140B has a single lever, which controls the hydrostatic transmission, electronically controlled, and two speed buttons (increase / decrease), with six stages. Adjusts the forward / reverse speed ratio and steering lever effort.

EASE AND OPERATIONAL ACCURACY

To change direction, the operator simply tilts the lever in the direction he wishes to follow. Automatically, the speed of the belt on that side decreases. When the lever is fully pulled to the side, the machine will counter-rotate.

The operator has infinite variations in direction, for easy and accurate operation. Power is maintained on both mats by turning the steering wheel and you can move a full load around a curve without losing control of the load, braking or raising the blade.

MAXIMUM CONTROL CAPACITY AND EFFICIENCY

This is the great differential of the D140B: the high-performance hydrostatic transmission, which generates amazing power in each mat through powerful drive motors.
Simple and durable, it transmits the necessary power to push full blades, even when cornering; its components reduce the number of steps required to move the material, improving productivity and reducing the operational cost per cubic meter.
