New Holland Construction may have tough equipment, but we’re real softies when it comes to kids. This is why we’ve created the New Holland Scholarship Program, to support talented young Australians who need help in achieving their dreams. Their passion may be sports, the arts or academic; whatever the field, we’d like to help them reach new heights of success.
The goal of the New Holland Scholarship Program is to identify children aged between 12 and 17 years that have outstanding talent but lack the funding and/or support to reach their potential.
If you are the parent, friend, coach, teacher or mentor of a talented young person aged between 12 and 17 years, we invite you to nominate them and assist them in applying for a New Holland Scholarship.
Scholarships will be awarded to applicants who best demonstrate their passion, performance and commitment to succeed in their chosen pursuit and how financial support would further assist their development.
New Holland Scholarships will be up to the value of $2,000, over a period of 12 months, and be relevant to each child. At the discretion of New Holland, the money could be gifted as flights, accommodation or equipment depending upon the child’s needs.
All applications will be reviewed, and successful applicants chosen, by the New Holland Construction Equipment management team. Applicants will be advised if they have been successful within 1 month of their submission.

- The applicant’s field of interest
- A brief outline of the applicant’s achievements so far
- An outline of the applicant’s goal and how they plan to achieve it
- How they have demonstrated commitment and dedication to their goal
- What challenges they face in achieving their goal
- Has there been any previous or current sponsorship/funding
- How a New Holland Scholarship would assist them in their show they would use the scholarship funding
- Why they feel they deserve a New Holland Scholarship
- Two current, written character references to support their application, for example from their School Principal, their Coach or a mentor

Successful applicants may be asked to contribute and participate by way of photos, interviews and stories about themselves and their quest to reach their goals. In particular, they would need to agree to the following requests:
- Participation in media opportunities that promote the New Holland Scholarship program
- Acknowledgement of New Holland Construction in any media coverage
- Where appropriate, use unrelated media (including social media) opportunities to promote the program and New Holland Construction
- Allow New Holland Construction to use their image, story and quotes in media and company marketing assets including social media, websites and company magazines
- Where appropriate, wear New Holland Construction branded material at media and public events
New Holland Construction will not be providing the scholarship as cash. To ensure the scholarship is used to help realize the recipient’s dreams, New Holland Construction will directly fund the agreed requirements. This may be a payment direct to a provider or a payment to the scholarship recipient upon receiving a receipt for equipment or a support cost.
